Processing and Shipping
Total Delivery Time for Your Order
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it, which generally takes 3-4 weeks, depending on artist availability, the complexity of the painting, and the shipping method and destination. The total delivery time is comprised of two parts - the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time for a product is the time from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. Processing is initiated once payment has been sanctioned. The processing time includes the time it takes to process your order and the painting process, which includes painting, drying. The processing time generally takes 1-2 weeks to complete, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on artist availability and the complexity of the painting.
Shipping time is from when the product leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door, which depends on which shipping method you selected and the shipping destination.
We determine the date range of the total delivery time for your order by adding the minimum processing time to the minimum shipping time and the end date by adding the maximum processing time to the maximum shipping time. For instance, if you bought a 10x20 painting of "A Starry Night" that took 15 days to process before shipping and you had it shipped by Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days), the product would arrive in 18 to 20 business days. During checkout on some orders, we will show you the date range during which you can expect delivery of each product in your shopping cart.

Standard Shipping times apply to products being shipped to the 48 contiguous states. For Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, add 2-4 days.
Weather-related shipping delays are not within our control.
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email, which will also include a delivery tracking number so that you may check the delivery progress online.
Shipping and Shipping Costs
We work hard with several trusted shipping carriers to bring you free shipping for most orders being shipped to a single address within the contiguous United States. International or oversized orders may be subject to a shipping cost. The actual shipping cost for these orders will be based on the product's size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address.
If there is a shipping cost associated with your order, we show the estimated shipping cost, based on our lowest-price shipping method. If you select a different shipping method, an APO / FPO address or an address outside the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.
The quality of your shipment is our priority and the materials we use to package our products reflect our commitment. Rest assured, if your order contains a combination of products, they will ship separately in the appropriate packaging, and you will not be charged additional shipping.
Non-Stretched Paintings. All paintings are coated with a variety of preserving varnishes, covered with a protective sheet and film, and then carefully rolled into a durable tube.
Lost and Damaged Products
We guarantee your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your order arrives complete and within the estimated delivery time frame. Occasionally, however, packages may become lost or damaged in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left with someone who has accepted the package on your behalf, such as a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping to an Address Other than Your Billing Address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.
To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
