Cancellations and Returns
After you have placed your order, your order begins processing immediately. Before your order enters the painting process, it may be possible to cancel or change your order, but once your order enters into the painting process, it cannot be canceled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, be assured that you can return any unwanted products to us after you receive them in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will be refunded only if it is a result of our error.
Returned products must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment for a full refund. We cannot replace or provide credit for a returned product that is incongruent with the condition of your original order(s).
We strongly encourage you to return your product via a trackable method. We cannot replace or provide credit for any product lost during return shipping.

Once we receive the returned product, we will credit your original method of payment. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product because of the time required for product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your order.
Returns by Mail Instructions

Include the product you wish to return along with all original packing materials.
Return the product via a trackable method to ensure that the product is not lost during shipping. We cannot issue a refund for lost products.
Some heavy or large products are identified as oversize on their product pages and may incur additional charges. Under some circumstances, you may be charged for return shipping. To return an oversize product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be able to inform you of any return shipping costs.
